STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Okular
2. Launch Okular

OBSERVED RESULT
All toolbars, buttons, and context menus are white on dark mode which makes
them unreadable

EXPECTED RESULT
toolbars, buttons, and context menus are supposed to be in dark mode
