SUMMARY
After opening multiple tabs, switching tabs will reduce the window height.
The left top and right top will keep it's position, while the bottom will go up
some pixels (less than 10).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  open (>=2) files in one window
2. switch tabs ( press Ctrl+Tab will be more obviously )
3. focus on the bottom of the window
