Currently the icons for the following icons look quite outdated and do not look
like they belong in Okular.
Highlighters, Underline, Insert Text, Inline Note, and Pop Up Note

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Okular

OBSERVED RESULT
The listed icons look dated and do not look like they belong in Breeze icons.

EXPECTED RESULT
The icons should look like they belong in the breeze theme.
