SUMMARY
Unable to fill the Model 145 of Hacienda.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Okular, open file and use the url.

2. An error message appears:
ESTE DOCUMENTO HA SIDO ALTERADO.
No es posible abrir este documento.
Recuerde que la AEAT facilita los
documentos PDF "como están", y no
está permitido realizar modificaciones
a su estructura.

3. Press in Show Forms. Only the "Rellenar Formulario" button is clickable but
does nothing.
