STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Okular
2.  Open two pdfs in tabs
3. Select one tab
4.  Add some toolbar buttons to the main toolbar

OBSERVED RESULT
The new toolbar buttons are displayed when the tab from step 4 is selected as
well as for new tabs, but not for the other tab.

EXPECTED RESULT
The toolbar buttons are displayed correctly independent on which tab is
selected.
