If a fullscreen document is closed and then re-opened it opens in fullscreen.
But if instead a new one is opened (if the first one is closed and stays
closed) this (the second one) is not fullscreen and has no toolbar. If the
first document opened in fullscreen is not closed, then the second one is also
opened in fullscreen.
