STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open a document in Okular and scroll to page N
2.  Also Display the preview pages and make sure it shows the same page
3a. Restart Okular and reopen the document
3b. Reboot in case you save sessions

OBSERVED RESULT
Okular opens with the document on page N, but the preview always shows page 1

EXPECTED RESULT
Okular opens with the document on page N and preview always shows page N
