SUMMARY
Middle-clicking internal PDF links to sections within a PDF doesn't work in
Okular.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure okular to have tabs for documents.
2. Open some PDF with internal links that take to some section of the same PDF.
3. Try to middle-click the internal link.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should open the link in a new tab.
