STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Hide menus if necessary (CTL-M)
2. From the hamburger menu select Settings > Show Menubar 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Dialog with "okular.exe has stopped working"

EXPECTED RESULT
Menubar displayed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
CONTROL-M shortcut key works to show and hide menubar. Crash occurs when using
the entry in the hamburger menu.
