SUMMARY
Opening any PDF with Okular returns the Application Title "ISE Opener - Okular"
instead of "$NameOfPDF - Okular"


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open PDF with Okular
2. See that the Application title is "ISE Opener - Okular"

OBSERVED RESULT
Application title is "ISE Opener - Okular"

EXPECTED RESULT
Application title should be "$NameOfPDF - Okular"
