STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on the toolbar and choose "Configure Toolbars".
2. Add some actions from "Available actions" to "Current actions" on the right. 
3. Choose "OK" or  "Apply", you'll find some parts of the program menu show "No
text".

OBSERVED RESULT
Some parts of the program menu show "No text".

EXPECTED RESULT
Nothing should be changed at the program menu at all.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro with i3wm

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
After I rename "~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/okular/" to
"~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/okularbake/", everything gets back to normal. So the
"Configure toolbar" dialog must have given a incorrect name to the folder.
