[okular] [Bug 457132] Touchscreen long press is mouse-right-click with Dolphin but not with Okular

It was added to the Plasma desktop and Task Manager; rather than being a
universal thing. Every app that wants long-press to turn into right-click needs
to implement it on its own. Dolphin and Plasma have, so this is a request for
Okular to do it too.
