SUMMARY
If double click on any tool on the annotation toolbar, the selected tool don't
stay enabled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Okular, open annotation toolbar
2. Double click on any tool on the annotation toolbar (e.g. pencil)
3. The selected tool can be used only once. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Double click on the tool on the annotation toolbar don't lock tool

EXPECTED RESULT
double click on the tool on the annotation toolbar will stay enabled
