[okular] [Bug 436820] certificate not found

I read the the
[documentation](https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/okular/okular/signatures.html#adding_digital_signatures)
in the way, that okular should work with the certificate in this cert store,
without me telling okular to use a special cert store. But yes, this doesn't
feel like a proper bug, more a mismatch between docs and reality. I don't know
what the intentions of the developer were, that's why I am reporting this
issue. Probably the easiest thing right now is to adjust the documentation.
