SUMMARY
On Windows 10, when Okular is set as the default pdf viewer pdfs open to a tiny
size of 642x512 pixels. Most pdfs are letter or A4 sized by default, so opening
at this window size is not a very sensible default and it can interrupt the
workflow. This remains true regardless of your default zoom setting. Another
alternative is for Okular to open to a window size of the last time you opened
Okular. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Okular as default pdf viewer
2. Open a pdf
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Window size is 642x512

EXPECTED RESULT
Window size to be larger.
