Cheers, I'll try and find a way to report them, though not sure I want to
submit the exact document (it's a survey of a house).

It was pretty fiddly but all I was doing was highlighting items and hitting
ctrl-s (sometimes the ctrl-s in quick succession).

I realise this isn't that helpful, as the document structure must be important.

Part of the reason I thought autosave is useful, is that PDF is a complex
legacy format and all sorts of interactions must be possible.

I'll try and get more info, but about to be very time starved so it may take a
while.
