Type=Service is a valid type for desktop file (which are also used for
something else that menu entries), and you shouldn't change the type, or some
features will be broken:

https://specifications.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/desktop-entry-spec-1.1.html#kde-items

menulibre should support those values and ignore the files, this is not a bug
in the desktop files.
