SUMMARY
After opening a new document in a new process/instance of Okular, the default
print scaling mode reverts to 'Fit to printable area'. I'd like to set the
default as a user preference so that e.g., 'None; print original size' is
automatically selected when I open the print dialog.

The print dialog options seem to be set in this file e.g., here:

I'm not sure how to tie that into user preferences offhand.
