https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=319625#c4 shows an example of how the
bookmarks are stored. The bookmark folders relate to a file path, and so they
don’t apply anymore if the path does not exist anymore. AFAIK that hasn’t
changed since 2013.
