This command should fix the problem, but will delete any configuration to the
okular interface, make a backup of the file before deleting it.

Can you also upload the file as an attachment to
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=425597

Execute:
rm ~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/okular/part.rc
