Appears like “Show Menu Bar” is the problematic thing.

Maybe you can upload your shell.rc (probably in
~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/okular/) in the other bug? Would probably not harm.

You can probably restore your menubar by renaming shell.rc to something else.
