SUMMARY
Okular highlights are not Gmail compatible (highlights are not visible in
Gmail).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Highlight any PDF with Okular highlights.
2. Email Okular highlighted PDF using Gmail.
3. Open Email and highlights are not visible.

OBSERVED RESULT
Highlights are not visible in Gmail.

EXPECTED RESULT
Highlights should be visible in Gmail.
