Testpage printed Tabloid size 11x17"

When printing set the following options:
PDF Option - Force Rasterization
Option - GreyScale

When printing set the following Properties:
Page Tab: Page Size > Tabloid >> Width= 17"  Height= 11"
Advanced Tab: Shrink Page if necessary to Fit Borders >> Crop (preserve
dimensions)
