thank you a lot for your support and patience - I appreciate it. Sorry for my
late response, I was in holiday the last week.
Okular doesn't crash anymore. I don't know what has changed since that seems to
be the reason for the stability (I did some recommended OS-updates, nothing
more). So I'm currently not able to reproduce the crashes.

But valgrind works perfectly, so I will continue with it whenever Okular
crashes again.
