Smooth scrolling & animated scrolling issues, bunches of different bug reports

Let's go with that, if it doesn't work out, we can close it and try with a bug in bugzilla and see if that works out better.

I have the feeling we should not spend a lot of time discussing the tool to use if changing from one tool to other is a bit of Ctrl+C and 10 minutes of work.
