In this case I am specifically requesting stable installers to be made
available outside the Windows Store. Not precisely stable URLs, but installers
for *stable* releases of Okular instead of nightly/daily builds.

An addition to this requiest: The Jenkins page that Nicolas supplied gives a
stable installer for a 64-bit version.
Various students are still on 32-bit Windows and thus a 32-bit installer would
be desirable.
