The straight-line annotations work perfectly in non-OCR contents(an example
of such content where you can't select text by clicking on it hence it
can't be highlighted).
But when a user is using the highlighter(annotation) in a document and he
comes across a non-OCR content(that he needs to highlight) then he has to
switch between a highlighter and straight line.
I assumed when you said wide + transparent that you were talking about
width and opacity properties of straight line.
