Okular GSoC 2021 projects

Hi all,

I just looked at

   https://community.kde.org/GSoC/2021/Ideas

and surely we can come up with more projects than that?

* WYSIWYG annotation editing?
* Better touchscreen/tablet support?
* Better JavaScript support?
   (In particular, migrate from KJS to QJSEngine if that makes sense)
* Page removals and page orderings?
