The trace does not suggest that. flushing in Wayland means sending client
buffered requests to Wayland server.
But okular should be writing to disk when a user changes the UI, just for the
sake of saving the new setting.
If no one else can reproduce it with a current version of Plasma I will
resolves this as WORKFORME.
