Increase list under "Open Recent"

1. I tried the following and it also had no effect.
kwriteconfig5 --group "Recent Files" --key MaxEntries 100

2. I note that neither 'MaxEntries' nor 'max' appears in
https://github.com/KDE/okular/blob/master/shell/shell.cpp

3. I do not see any options for kreadconfig5 to dump existing groups
nor existing keys.
It seems to require that you know exactly what groups and keys exist in advance.
Am I missing something?
