SUMMARY
Okular as an epub reader is useless, please see attached screenshot, okular (on
the left) compared to mupdf.  EPUB's specified font sizes are ignored.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. read epub file

OBSERVED RESULT
Not good.

EXPECTED RESULT
Something useful.
