Thanks, but this doesn't solve the problem with annotations that are
already in the pdf (i.e. someone wnot using Okular sends me annotated pdf
with reviews).
A possible solution (which is used in many other pdf viewers) would be to
leave the border of the pop-up in the same colour as the mark of the
annotation (in this case dark blue), but use a different colour (for
example by decreasing the saturation).
