SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open okular
2. open any pdf
3. press F6 or open annotations

OBSERVED RESULT
The typewriter not listed in annotations and if we try to add using
Setting>configure okular...>annotations>add. 

In The Terminal we see:-
Illegal icon group:  7
QFSFileEngine::open: No file name specified


EXPECTED RESULT
The Typewriter tool must be there or we can add through configure okular.
