For me the bug shows different (okular + poppler master): I can see the whole
book , both scrolling and navigating with TOC works. But Okular lets me even
scroll beyond the end. I.e., the last page is the EULA page, shown as Page 315
of 435 in Okulars Page Bar. But then I can scroll further from 316 to 435,
where each page is shown as solid black.
