Need touch to be able to navigate through single or side by side pages.  Touch
on the right goes forward, touch on the left goes backwards.  At least that's
how it should work.  Presently you can only go forward and have to use the
wheel to go backwards, but the wheel while good is too small for quick touch
navigation.
