It seems to me that most documents have standard margins set for the document,
and that this is a very reasonable request.  I for one want a side by side page
view in presentation mode, and the ability to go forward and backward in the
document by simply touching the screen.  Computers are becoming more tablet
like and easy touch screen navigation is sorely needed.
