[okular] [Bug 415711] Snap installed Okular (v1.72 or v 19.04.2?) does not open files with filenames containing blancs

Since the snap-installed Okular showed several bugs I uninstalled it and
installed the albeit older version 1.3.3 instead, which came with sudo apt
install okular. 

Version 1.3.3 came up which does not have this bug.
