It's a very vague difference in my opinion. Both messages tell me where I can
find some tools if not how to use them.
But OK.
So what are these messages and how a user can get rid of them?
By the way, the subject of my bug report is named "hints", but menu item is
named "hints and messages".
Are these elements - messages?
