Inline note is empty, but the hint, that appears after mouse hovering, shows
the content that should be displayed

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to the review mode in Okular (f6) 
2. Add inline note (2)
3. Insert some text in Russian, i.e.: "Это и есть баг"
4. Press "ok"
5. See that inline comment is empty
