Cannot open this file correctly.

SUMMARY

I always cannot open any CHM file from my XFCE4 desktop of Manjaro(4.14.71-1
Kernel). Would you please take a look at the issue?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the okular
2. Click open a *.chm file from local path
3. Click open, then a popup will show to me. Could not open file:xxx.
