Reproduced with:
Okular Version: 5.1.2
Operating System: KDE neon 5.13
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.0
Qt Version: 5.11.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.50.0

Happens only with continuous mode on; but with different zooms.
