[okular] [Bug 396761] menu items "no text"

Unlike the okular program on my other computer, here I can  only see the "about
backend" listed in the rightmost menu. See the screenshots of that.

On the synaptics manager I can see thtis:
"okular universal document viewer
"installed version   4:17.12.3-0ubuntu1"
