Error message upon booting

Every time I boot OpenSUSE 42.3, I get an error box pop up on one of the two
screens I have attached to the computer.  It says:

"Could not open file:///tmp/mozilla_tomatx3-s0/4256777.pdf"

When I click on "OK" button in the box, the box and its message disappear.  I
reinstalled the operating system today, reformatting / and swap devices and I
still get this message when I boot.

My version of Okular, which appears to be quite dated is what was included in
the OpenSUSE distribution 42.3
