This one also contains "orientation-requested=0", so the fact that this is set
is totally independent of Okular and I tend to say that we should close this
bug here for that reason...

Two last thoughts:

* Does the problem also happen when you print as another user?

* Does any of the following commands return any result?

$ sudo grep -r orientation-requested /etc/
$ sudo grep -r orientation-requested /var/
