REVISION SUMMARY
  Disables KWallet integration if there's no KWallet, KJS if there's no
  KJS and KDocTools.
  Here's a list of frameworks that don't work on Android:

TEST PLAN
  Still works locally, ran Okular and Okular Mobile on Android.
