D10792: Raise annotation window when clicking on annotation

  - Set object name in AnnotWindow (for autotest)
  - Add basic autotest for AnnotWindow
  - Test AnnotWindow raised when clicking on its annotation
  - Test click on AnnotWindow raises it
  - Remove trailing spaces
