Unfortunately support needs to be added upstream, to poppler. That is tracked
by https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14265

It would also help if EU forms didn't deliberately break support for
non-Acrobat readers. Although given their heavy use of poorly-documented
proprietary extensions that only Acrobat can read properly, it's not hard to
see why. :(
