Filtering annotations based on the text they represent is very helpful in
navigating to the desired annotation quickly.

But currently, we cannot search through annotations like highlight, underline
and squiggle based on their text content. I presume this is because the text
that these annotations represent is not stored in the corresponding XML file
and that storing it and making some modifications to the reviews panel will
solve the problem.
