Unfortunately, legally spoken, yes. One line is enough to claim the same
rights. That is why we list in LyX everybody in the credits who gave once his
agreement to the GPL.
I know and it is crazy that people spending countless hours appear there with
ones with a single contribution.

But what about adding the number of commits etc. behind the name in parentheses
if you like?
