I cannot reproduce this with the current git master on a current Debian testing
system (with poppler 0.48.0).  This may well be because my okular is not built
with optimization ("release mode").

I do see the error message about the bad bounding box.

How do you rotate?  How do you scroll?  By mouse wheel?  Arrow keys?  Touch
pad?  How long is "scroll for a bit"?  Unfortunately, your back-trace does not
help much, because the debug symbols are missing.
